Results-oriented mindset and technical rigor. * Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of construction projects; * Develop and monitor planning, schedules, and budgets; * Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors; * Conduct cost, production, and quality control; * Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations; * Prepare technical reports and support production management with operational information; * Ensure communication with clients, supervisors, and other relevant entities; * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers; * Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in construction management; * Proven solid knowledge of drafting tools and computer applications such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; * Results-oriented mindset and technical rigor; * Certification in specialty projects.
