Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Opportunity: Junior QA Automation Engineer – Banking Client, Lisbon (Hybrid) We are looking for a Junior QA Automation Engineer to join a challenging project in the banking sector. If you are passionate about quality, pay close attention to detail, and enjoy test automation, this opportunity may be for you! What will you do? Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design test cases; Create, maintain, and execute automated tests; Prepare and manage test data; Log, track, and analyze defects; Produce test progress reporting; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Developers, PO, BA, TL); Promote QA best practices within the team. What are we looking for? Experience in requirement analysis and effort estimation; Experience in test automation; Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development); Experience with Jira, Xray, and Confluence; Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); Ability to design and maintain automated tests; Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and critical thinking; Self-motivated, proactive, and quality-oriented profile.⭐ Additional assets: Experience in preparing test data and validating via DB, APIs, or programmatic methods; Knowledge of test strategy definition; Experience in banking domain projects.
