Hipoges provides a broad range of asset management services, including: * Advisory services throughout portfolio valuation and acquisition processes * Process design and implementation of management tools * Development of servicing solutions for various asset types * Consulting department for portfolio acquisition and investment operations, delivered in partnership with clients. **1] BRIEF FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** We are strengthening our Finance team with a profile oriented toward project management and financial process transformation, focusing on optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic initiatives, including financial transformation projects and integration of new entities into the Group, ensuring alignment across teams, operational efficiency, and financial information quality. The objective is to ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and with positive impact on global financial processes. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** · Manage a portfolio of financial and transformation projects. · Identify, design, and prioritize process improvement and automation initiatives. · Analyze impacts and manage dependencies among projects and stakeholders. · Participate in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects, including support in target company evaluation, definition of accounting structures, and integration monitoring. · Coordinate with teams across different geographic locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency of local financial processes. · Continuously analyze and optimize existing financial processes. · Develop and update policies, procedures, and internal controls. · Monitor implementation of solutions and track results. **3] COMPETENCIES** · Experience in project management or transformation environments (PMO, consulting, or equivalent). · Knowledge of SAP. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. · Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). · Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory). · Strong analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. · Good organizational skills and effective prioritization management. · Clear communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. · Adaptability and capacity to work in dynamic, international environments. **4] QUALIFICATIONS** · Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field. · Experience: 2–3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, transformation projects, or related project management roles. Experience in M&A projects is highly valued. Experience in the banking or real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
