Hipoges provides a wide range of asset management–related services, including: * Advisory services in the valuation and acquisition of portfolios; * Design of processes and implementation of management tools; * Development of servicing solutions for different types of assets; * Advisory department supporting portfolio acquisition operations and co\-investment alongside its clients. **1] BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION** We are strengthening our Global Operational Analysis team with a junior profile focused on financial analysis and monitoring real estate portfolios. This role will play an important part in monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing results against the Business Plan, and preparing reports and presentations. The professional will have direct contact with Portfolio Managers and Clients, contributing to the analysis and update of financial and operational information. We are looking for a profile with strong analytical skills, good Excel knowledge and, above all, a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic and international environment. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** · Analysis, monitoring and control of the performance of different real estate assets and portfolios. · Monitoring and updating Business Plans, including cash flow analysis and financial projections. · Analysis of portfolio performance against the respective Business Plan and identification of key deviations. · Preparation of monthly reports and presentations on portfolio performance. · Direct interaction and coordination with Portfolio Managers and Clients regarding relevant information. · Calculation and monitoring of loan and Real Estate instalments, balance certificates and scorecards for incentive\-setting purposes. **3] SKILLS** · Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. · Knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to prepare reports and presentations. · Knowledge of financial analysis, particularly Business Plans, cash flows and financial projections. · Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be considered a plus. · Fluency in English (minimum C1 level – mandatory). · Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · Good organizational and priority management skills. · Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders. · Willingness to learn, proactivity and adaptability. **4]** **QUALIFICATIONS** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in management, Economics, Finance or a related field. · **Experience:** junior profile, with previous experience in financial analysis, reporting or data analysis being considered a plus. Knowledge or previous experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
