Integration into a growing project with prospects for career advancement **B2B Business Development – Digital Solutions (Lisbon)** We are seeking a professional to join a commercial team in the digital solutions area, focused on the corporate and public sectors. **Responsibilities:** * Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing; * Identifying and qualifying business opportunities; * Building relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams; * Presenting solutions tailored to clients' needs; * Achieving commercial targets. **Requirements:** * Experience in B2B sales with corporate or public sector clients; * Experience in negotiation and consultative selling; * Ability to prospect and engage effectively with decision-makers; * Interest in digital solutions, technology, or e\-commerce; * Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented profile. **Offer:** * Base salary \+ meal allowance \+ variable component; * Uncapped commissions; * Hybrid work arrangement (2 days of remote work per week); * Working hours Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; * Integration into a growing project with prospects for career advancement.
