We are currently recruiting a Warehouse/Administrative Operator (M/F) - Azambuja for a prestigious client company. Responsibilities: - Receipt, inspection, organization, and dispatch of goods; - Order preparation and picking using radiofrequency (RF) systems; - Product handling and storage within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; - Recording and updating information in logistics management IT systems; - Performing quality controls on products and processes according to defined procedures; - Collecting photographic evidence and completing quality forms or reports whenever requested; - Identifying and reporting non-conformities; - Ensuring proper organization and maintenance of the workplace; - Compliance with safety, quality, and good warehouse practices. Working Hours: - Between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with rotating days off; The schedule depends on warehouse loading and unloading operations. Requirements: - Immediate availability to start; - Experience in a logistics/warehouse environment; - Knowledge and experience using radiofrequency (RF) systems; - Good user-level computer skills; - Ability to perform quality records and reports, including photograph collection and form completion as required; - Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; - Flexibility regarding working hours; - Personal transportation.
