Providing technical training and support to customers and distributors. **Responsibilities:** * **Developing Agents and Partners in Europe:** Establish and manage relationships with agents and partners to expand Elspec's business across Europe. * **Market Research and Analysis:** Identify potential partners and markets, generate business opportunities, and close deals to enhance Elspec's market presence. * **Training and Support:** Train new customers and support agents/distributors to ensure proper use of Elspec products. * **International Travel:** Travel to meet with agents, customers, and attend events/exhibitions. **Skills and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering). * **Communication:** Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is an advantage. * **Presentation and Negotiation:** Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * **Proactivity:** Self-motivated profile focused on business growth. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
