The performance of other duties inherent to the service assigned to the employee does not preclude the employee from carrying out functions not expressly mentioned but related or connected thereto, provided the employee possesses appropriate professional qualifications and such assignment does not constitute professional devaluation, pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 81 of Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June.
