We are seeking a **Functional Analyst** to join our company on one of our projects. **Mandatory Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Management or related field; * \+ 5 years of experience in similar roles; * Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent role; * Ability to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements; * Experience working in multidisciplinary squads; * Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation; * Solid understanding of automation processes, system integration, and digital transformation; * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, and ability to structure complex information; * Familiarity with backlog management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence **Desirable Skills:** * Knowledge of the banking sector; * Experience in automation projects, RPA, BPM, workflow, OCR, or API-based integrations; * Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI applied to business processes; * Experience in intelligent automation initiatives; * Technological curiosity, critical thinking, and interest in innovation within the financial sector **Work Regime:** * Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
