We work with families and businesses investing in energy efficiency solutions for savings, energy independence, and protection. We install solar panels, batteries, anti\-blackout systems, heat pumps, and integrated energy solutions — turnkey, with our own methodology, dedicated support, and proprietary technical standards. As an SME with annual revenue between €10–15 million, we are professionalizing all operational areas to scale sustainably and meet rising demand for our services. The position we are opening today is part of this plan: growing with the right people, clear processes, and a strong culture. ***Your Responsibilities*** **You will professionalize SolarTécnica’s People function: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, training, culture, and monitoring employee development. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure the company continues growing with the right talent.** **■** Manage the full recruitment and selection process: job posting, screening, interviews, and scorecards **■** Conduct behavioral interviews and support final hiring decisions based on evidence **■** Coordinate new employee onboarding during the first 12 weeks **■** Manage contractual documentation in partnership with Finance and external Accounting **■** Oversee performance evaluations, career development plans, and progression paths **■** Support leadership in building culture, internal communications, and conflict management **■** Maintain the entire People database with accuracy and confidentiality ***Who We’re Looking For*** We do not require identical industry experience — we’ll train you on what’s needed.
