Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual objectives. Lead and coordinate technical teams and subcontracted companies. Ensure legal, regulatory, and technical compliance of installations. Manage customer relationships, promoting high levels of satisfaction. Monitor costs, budgets, and profitability of contracts under responsibility. Prepare operational reports and track performance indicators. Identify and implement continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards. Support audits, inspections, and technical assessments. Promote a safety and prevention culture within teams. Ensure correct use of CMMS tools for maintenance planning and control. Develop opportunities for contract growth and value enhancement. **Profile** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience managing industrial maintenance contracts or industrial facility management. Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance and technical operations management. Knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, industrial utilities, steam, compressed air, industrial water, or production processes. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. Familiarity with CMMS tools and Microsoft Office. Strong customer orientation, safety awareness, and results-driven mindset. Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
