Professional growth and development in a dynamic environment Location: Lisbon, PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure measurement, project design, methods, processes, and construction solutions within the Casais Group, following the Group's defined quality standards and norms, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Develop projects, complying with current codes and regulations, applying critical thinking and adapting solutions case-by-case to achieve optimization; 2\) Ensure preliminary optimization and feasibility analysis of alternative solutions during the commercial phase to support project variants, through field studies and analysis of collected information; 3\) Provide technical support for project solutions supporting construction execution (e.g., crane foundation designs, temporary shoring projects, temporary retaining structures), by means of surveying, referencing, georeferencing, and loading cadastral data into the Geographic Information System; 4\) Monitor project progress across all its phases, verifying compliance with technical specifications and performing necessary revisions, providing requested drawing deliverables to various departments, verifying, updating and correcting the executive project dossier, performing documentary control of described documents, incorporating changes, and organizing drawings by project phase. 5\) Prepare project drawings as well as shapes for the contract database, drafting and compiling necessary documents for project development (drawings, descriptive reports, quantity take-off maps, and specifications); 6\) Coordinate with architectural specialists, clients, end users and/or subcontractors during project development and adaptation to intended objectives (e.g., alternative solution studies). **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Engineering; or equivalent; * Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years * English: Intermediate * Knowledge of BIM tools **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers * Order of Architects **At Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future Vision: growth, development, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnerships; * Safety Culture.
