Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, available, flexible, and above all, humane individual—sensitive, empathetic, and respectful—to provide dignified care. Key Highlights: 1. Empathy and genuine respect for those who are vulnerable Benavente Monday to Friday 6:30 PM to 10:30 AM the following day (includes morning hygiene) Overnight stay at the residence is required. During the night, you may rest, as the client usually goes to bed between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM. We are looking for someone **responsible, available, and flexible**. But above all: **humane**. With sensitivity, empathy, and genuine respect for those who are vulnerable. We do not want anyone confrontational, impatient, or lacking the ability to provide dignified care.
