We seek a friendly, charismatic, and organized individual who enjoys interacting with the public and can work collaboratively with the team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner * Manage tables and organize seating to ensure smooth customer flow * Maintain constant coordination with the table service and dining room teams * Organize waiting lists and reservations * Ensure a positive customer experience from arrival through seating assignment **Desired Profile:** * Friendly, communicative, and charismatic * Excellent customer service skills * Strong organizational and table management abilities * Team spirit and effective communication with the dining room team * Attention to detail and professional demeanor * Prior experience in this role is an advantage * Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory * Knowledge of additional languages is desirable Work Location: On-site
