We are organized into three areas, each with distinct responsibilities: * Replenishment — We ensure product availability for our customers, partnering with teams from other departments and anticipating stock needs according to sales forecasts and the commercial calendar; * Picking — We collect, pack, and deliver orders directly to our in-store customers, or prepare shipments via our delivery service; * Loading and Unloading — We receive products and replenish them into their respective sales areas, handling pallet jacks and/or forklifts. **Together as a Team** Inspired by our Swedish roots and humanistic vision, IKEA has a unique culture.
