**What are we looking for?** * Academic background and education in Computer Science and/or Information Technology; * Experience with the design, development and maintenance of Java and/or .Net based applications and services; * Experience with the design and architecture of scalable, secure and high-performance solutions; * Ensure the definition and implementation of best development, testing and deployment practices within development teams; * Solid knowledge in optimization and clean code, considering coding best practices; * Good knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVC and/or microservices; * Knowledge of infrastructure and CI/CD is valued; * Strong communication and leadership skills to align and support technical teams; * Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders; * Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies; * Fluent English (Mandatory); * Hybrid working mode in Lisbon (Mandatory); * Minimum 5 years of experience. **We offer our teams:** * Health insurance and other additional benefits. * Training and Development plan. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Possibility to join international projects.
