At NTT DATA, you will find an excellent working environment, specialized knowledge across diverse areas, challenges, and growth \- all the essential ingredients for your day\-to\-day experience at NTT DATA to be truly unique. * Proven experience as an Architect in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology; * Experience and knowledge in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and integration with Dynamics 365 are highly valued; * Knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules—including customizations, plugins, and workflows—is highly valued. * Ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively within teams; * Ability to plan and develop strategies for integrating and customizing Dynamics CRM with other applications. * Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution architecture, aligning with client needs. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly valued.
