Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems **We are looking for a Management Controller** **CONTEXT** In this role, you will join the **Management Control Team** within the Accounting \& Financial Control Department in Porto. You will support financial management activities, working closely with local finance teams, Head Office, and other stakeholders across the organization. **MAIN MISSION** To support financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities, ensuring the consistency and quality of financial information. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in financial closing activities and analyze reported figures. * Perform controls to ensure financial data consistency and accuracy. * Analyze financial results and understand their accounting impact across different standards. * Support budget and forecast preparation and monitoring. * Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management. * Collaborate with finance teams worldwide and Head Office stakeholders. * Participate in transformation and tool evolution projects, including **Tagetik**. * Perform ad\-hoc financial analyses and studies. **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Management Control, Financial Control, FP\&A, or a similar role. * Experience in banking, insurance, or consulting is valued. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data. * Rigorous, proactive, adaptable, and able to challenge financial information. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * **Fluent English – C1/C2 mandatory.** **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Advanced Excel * Tagetik * VBA * BI Tools * Financial Reporting * Budgeting \& Forecasting * Financial Analysis * Management Control **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
