Job Summary: RACE is seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop, analyze, and oversee electrical installation projects, coordinate construction works, and optimize HVAC systems. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and professional development RACE is currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to strengthen its team in Lisbon. We are looking for a professional with experience in special technical installations and HVAC systems, capable of supporting projects, ensuring their execution, and contributing to operational excellence for our clients. Main Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and oversee electrical installation projects associated with HVAC systems. Coordinate and supervise construction work and maintenance activities. Perform sizing calculations and technical calculations to support projects. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Support commissioning and startup of technical installations. Conduct diagnostics and propose solutions for energy and operational optimization. Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and construction teams. Prepare technical reports and supporting documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in similar roles. Experience with HVAC systems and electromechanical installations. Knowledge of energy efficiency and building technical management (preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools. Technical English proficiency. Valid driver’s license.
