And that’s where you come in. **Job Description:** We are currently looking for a **Planner** to join Hitachi Rail Portugal. A Planner is responsible for: * Support Project Managers in the planning, monitoring and control of project activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and baseline plans using project management tools. * Monitor project progress, identify deviations and support the implementation of corrective actions. * Prepare project performance reports, dashboards and management presentations. * Support project forecasting activities, including workload planning, resource allocation and schedule updates. * Monitor project KPIs and contribute to project performance improvement initiatives. * Support the preparation and follow\-up of project invoicing and contractual milestones. * Coordinate project data collection and ensure consistency of project reporting information. * Contribute to risk and opportunity management activities. * Support governance activities, project reviews and management meetings. **Technical \& Professional Skills** * Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and principles. * Experience in project scheduling, planning and project controls activities. * Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Project** and/or **Oracle** **Primavera P6** . * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. * Experience in project reporting, KPI monitoring and performance analysis. * Knowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage. **Education \& Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Project Planning or Project Coordination roles. * Experience in railway, transportation, infrastructure or large\-scale engineering projects is considered an advantage. * IPMA Certification is considered an advantage. * Fluency in English (mandatory). **Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
