




Job Summary: Recruitment for a Compliance Controller to support the implementation of the Compliance framework, identify and mitigate risks, and promote a compliance culture. Key Highlights: 1. Promote a cross-functional compliance culture **Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Compliance Controller**, in collaboration with a renowned client located in **Porto or Lisbon**. **Your Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation of the Compliance framework of the First Line of Defense (1LoD) * Identify and mitigate compliance risks * Execute mandatory compliance control plans * Monitor control results and follow up on any required action plans, including continuous improvement actions, based on risk assessment outcomes, regulatory requirements, or other risk events (historical incidents, control results, external events, Second Line of Defense (2LoD) assessments, and audits) * Alert and escalate any compliance risk incidents and/or recurring weaknesses to the appropriate management level * Support Management and governance by participating in Operational Risk and Ongoing Control Committees * Develop and deliver targeted compliance training aligned with local CS activities * Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices, promoting a cross-functional compliance culture across all departments * Contribute to and support the development of an advanced risk culture * Ensure integration of compliance policies and frameworks into CS cross-functional activities and local CS teams involved in operations * Ensure development and implementation of an appropriate training and awareness plan for relevant employees **Are you the right candidate we are looking for?** * 1–3 years’ experience in the described responsibilities * Experience in Compliance * English \- C1 **What we offer:** * Direct contract with our client * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience * Meal allowance \- €12 * Hybrid work model (after initial training period) Nortempo – Temporary Work Agency, Ltd.
