This role requires a practical and multifaceted profile: someone comfortable both in operational management and in daily work with fish and seafood, product preparation, customer service, and supporting the creation of ready-to-eat solutions. Key Responsibilities: \-Manage the daily fishmonger operation \-Receive, inspect, and ensure the quality of fish and seafood \-Prepare, clean, cut, and portion fish \-Develop preparations and ready-to-consume suggestions \-Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety \-Coordinate orders, stock, and waste control \-Lead and organize the operational team \-Ensure close, consultative, and differentiated customer service \-Collaborate closely with the group's other operations Desired Profile: \-Previous experience in fishmongers, restaurants, or both \-Solid knowledge of fish and seafood \-Ability to fillet, prepare, and technically handle fish \-Experience in customer-facing roles \-Leadership profile and strong sense of responsibility \-Operational organization and control \-Passion for fresh products and gastronomy \-Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment We Value: \-Experience in premium concepts \-Knowledge of cooking/gastronomic preparations \-Commercial ability and sales orientation \-Knowledge of suppliers and product seasonality Compensation: €1,000.00 \- €1,350.00 per hour Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/ticket * Commercial discounts * Health insurance Work Location: On-site
