What will you do? * Operate and monitor production equipment; * Perform machine feeding, assembly, and packaging tasks; * Carry out quality control operations and rework; * Work across various production stations to promote versatility and skill development; * Comply with quality, safety, and hygiene procedures; * Perform minor first-line maintenance interventions; * Identify and report anomalies in the production process; * Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets. What are we looking for? * Minimum compulsory education level; * Industrial environment experience (preferred); * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Ability to learn and adapt; * Team spirit; * Availability to work rotating shifts and continuous operation.
