**Education and Experience**

* Professional experience in warehouse, logistics, stock management, or related functions.
* Experience in receiving, storing, and controlling materials and equipment.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
**Job Requirements**

* Professional training appropriate for performing the role.
* Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or similar areas.
* Category B driving license.
* Proficiency in IT tools applied to stock and inventory management.
* Ability to organize, plan, and control operations.
* Basic knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

**Main Responsibilities**

* Ensure management of material and equipment stocks required for infrastructure operation, maintenance, and conservation activities.
* Manage and control daily inflows and outflows of materials and equipment.
* Conduct continuous inventory control and updates.
* Receive, verify, and validate materials, equipment, and other orders.
* Prepare procurement processes within the scope of responsibilities.
* Ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and proper archiving of related documentation.
* Ensure correct storage of materials and equipment in designated locations.
* Guarantee hygiene, organization, and safety conditions in the warehouse facilities and surrounding areas.
* Prepare, maintain, and update technical data sheets for products used in organizational activities.
* Comply with procedures and requirements defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Report any non-conformities identified during job performance to the IMS Responsible.
* Comply with and promote Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement of health and safety conditions.
* Contribute to efficient and sustainable use of energy and natural resources.
* Support achievement of objectives defined in the Integrated Management System.
* Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated during operations.
