Technical responsibility and autonomy **Offer Code:**OE202604/0681 **Offer Type:**Open Competitive Recruitment Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Municipal Councils **Agency/Service:**Gondomar Municipal Council **Employment Relationship:**Indefinite-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1\.499,15€ **Monthly Supplement:**0,00 EUR **Job Description:**As stipulated in the Annex to the General Law on Public Employment, approved by Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June, as currently amended, and as specified in the Gondomar Municipality’s Staff Map, namely: consultative, analytical, planning, programming, evaluation, and application functions concerning technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making; drafting expert opinions; monitoring and supervising municipal school canteens; monitoring the service delivered by the contracted service provider to ensure full and effective compliance with obligations identified in contractual clauses; regularly assessing the quality and safety levels of meals served; developing and evaluating menu plans appropriate to nutritional guidelines, sustainability principles, available resources, sociocultural environment, and contractual obligations with suppliers; cooperating with and supporting the implementation of standards and procedures in the areas of food, nutritional, and environmental safety, quality, and sustainability within canteens; preparing periodic reports and issuing technical opinions on matters related to food hygiene and safety, and promoting healthy and balanced nutrition within the school community; producing informative content related to food and nutrition, as well as performing general administrative support tasks for work processes. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision. Representation of the agency or service in matters within one’s area of expertise, making technical decisions aligned with directives or guidance issued by higher authorities.
