Responsibilities: \- Safely and efficiently operate excavators on various types of construction sites; \- Perform excavation, loading, and earthmoving tasks according to instructions from the immediate supervisor; \- Regularly inspect the backhoe loader before use to ensure it is in perfect working condition; \- Carry out trench excavation, embankment work, and site preparation; \- Comply with internal company rules and procedures; \- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Main Requirements: \- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles; \- Valid certificate for operating earthmoving machinery (CAP); \- Safely and controllably transport materials required for operations; \- Lift equipment and raw materials related to the construction site. \- Professional experience operating cranes and lifting equipment; \- Autonomy and ability to assume responsibility; \- Strong sense of commitment; \- Good adaptability to diverse tasks; \- Strong interpersonal skills (with work teams); \- Attendance and punctuality; \- Full and immediate availability.
