NS Máquinas is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern (M/F) with interest in the practical aspects of engineering, especially assembly, commissioning, and technical support of industrial machinery. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the product, understanding how machines are built, accompanying teams on-site, and transforming technical knowledge into practical solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor mechanical assembly of industrial machinery. * Support technical teams during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases. * Interpret technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly-support documentation. * Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical support teams. * Support identification of improvements related to assembly, accessibility, maintenance, and machine operation. * Participate in equipment testing, validation, and commissioning. * Record relevant technical information and contribute to improving internal documentation. * Monitor the machine's lifecycle from assembly through final validation. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or currently enrolled in such a program. * Interest in the practical component of engineering and direct contact with machines. * Interest in mechanical assembly, industrial processes, and equipment operation. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Willingness to learn on-site and work closely with technical teams. * Curious, dynamic, responsible, and proactive profile. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Availability for an industrial environment and hands-on supervision on the factory floor. **All interested candidates meeting the above requirements and eligible for the \+Talento internship (IEFP) should send their CV to email:** joanasa@nsmaquinas.pt Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Free parking Work Location: On-site
