Fleet Analyst responsible for managing and organizing vehicles, ensuring their availability and optimal condition for customers, as well as compliance with regulations.

**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across stations to ensure all selected vehicles are available at each station in optimal operating and presentation condition;
* Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by group, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers;
* Coordinate and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer forms, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of scheduled relocations;
* Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-referencing with existing computerized records;
* Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return; assess vehicle condition; request towing; dispatch to workshop; verify mileage and fuel level; issue refueling orders, if required;
* Activate, on the platform, the indication of vehicles ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position vehicles appropriately within the parking area;
* Ensure all vehicles carry the necessary documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies;
* Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle features and addressing questions, when needed;
* Perform vehicle check-in upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages;
* Enter Sixt refueling vouchers into the platform for cost control;
* Monthly analysis of the refueling report, cross-checking data against entries to detect and correct errors;
* Submit monthly information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory control;
* Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, rendering them unavailable for rental, and alert subcontracted staff to dispatch vehicles to the workshop;
* Perform other tasks not previously specified, essential to achieving objectives and ensuring Sixt’s smooth operation.
**Profile**

* Minimum compulsory education (12th grade);
* Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge;
* English language proficiency;
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Class B driver's license.
