Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to work as a Site Inspector, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, and technical conformity of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with procedures and quality criteria on site. 2. Support project analysis and preparation of progress reports. 3. Identify non-conformities and propose improvements to executed services. **MTD Engenharia, Lda**, a company headquartered in Covilhã, intends to hire a **Civil Engineer** for the role of **Site Inspector** in the Mangualde area. **Your responsibilities in this position will include:** * Ensuring proper compliance with established procedures vis-à-vis the executing entity; * Ensuring adherence to the quality criteria defined for the project; * Supporting multidisciplinary integration during engineering project analysis; * Participating in the preparation of periodic progress reports; * Providing regular updates to the Supervision Director; * Supporting other team members in procedures related to the contract; * Identifying non-conformities and proposing improvements; • Verifying the quality of materials and executed services; * Supervising technical execution of works; * Supporting technical, legal, and regulatory compliance of works; * Analyzing and validating measurements and work certificates; * Participating in site meetings and conducting technical visits; **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers; * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and document management skills; * Proficiency in software such as AUTOCAD, CYPECAD, and ARCHICAD; * Goal-oriented mindset, ensuring quality and deadlines; * Autonomy and accountability; * Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork, dynamism, and high proactivity; * Curiosity, critical thinking, and interest in deepening expertise in the field of Inspection.
