We are looking for a dynamic professional passionate about knowledge sharing to join our training team. If you have experience in the IT field and are proficient in pedagogical and administrative processes within the training system, we would like to meet you! **Position:** IT Technologies Trainer **Location:** Viseu, Portugal **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Deliver theoretical and practical content in the field of information technology (e.g., Google Workspace, Cybersecurity, Office); **✅ Content Development:** Plan and create manuals, presentations, exercises, and other didactic resources tailored to the target audience; ✅ Organize and prepare training sessions; **✅ Technical-Pedagogical Dossier:** Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation related to courses (session summaries, attendance records, assessments); **✅ Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure alignment with standards from the National Qualifications Catalogue (CNQ) and manage administrative tasks on the SIGO platform. **What We Are Looking For:** A higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Management, or a related field; A Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) for trainers (mandatory); e-Trainer certification (preferred); Minimum two years of relevant professional experience; Solid knowledge of the SIGO platform and DGERT regulations; Strong organizational skills and administrative rigor; Excellent communication skills and proactivity; Willingness to travel. **What We Offer:** Integration into a growing corporate group with national and international projects; A dynamic, innovative, and collaborative work environment; Opportunities for professional growth and development; On-site work model in Viseu.
