We seek a professional with a strong vocation for geriatrics, a sense of responsibility, and leadership ability. Candidates with prior experience as a Technical Director in ERPIs—or with solid knowledge of the legal and operational requirements associated with this role—are especially valued. Main Responsibilities: * Providing nursing care to residents * Supervising and monitoring individualized care plans * Coordinating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals * Supporting the technical and operational coordination of the social service response * Implementing and monitoring quality procedures and best practices Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Valid registration with the Portuguese Nurses' Association (Ordem dos Enfermeiros) * Experience in ERPI settings or geriatric care * Prior experience as a Technical Director will be highly valued * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and teamwork capability * Commitment, empathy, and focus on quality of care We Offer: * Integration into a stable and multidisciplinary team * Project focused on the quality of care and residents' well\-being * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunity to assume coordination and technical management responsibilities Salary: €850.00 per month Work Location: On-site
