Job Description: Preparation of measurements and estimates for Architecture and Engineering projects; Analysis of drawings and written documents (finishing schedules, specifications, etc.); Preparation of budgetary estimates for proposals and tenders; Technical support to the project team during study, licensing, and execution phases; Coordination with suppliers and external entities to obtain quotations and price comparisons; Collaboration in cost review and on-site cost control. Requirements: Technical or higher education in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field; Proven experience in measurement and estimation (minimum 2 years preferred); Proficiency in measurement and estimation software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, Project, or dedicated measurement programs); Knowledge of construction procedures and project phases; Analytical and planning abilities; Strong written and spoken Portuguese communication skills (English is an advantage); What We Offer: Employment contract; Integration into a young and dynamic team in a growth phase; Opportunity for professional development; Remuneration commensurate with experience.
