We seek a dynamic and organized construction manager to join our team and contribute to our continuous growth. **Responsibilities:** \- Estimate construction costs \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects, from conception to final delivery. \- Ensure all construction work is carried out according to established schedules and within the approved budget. \- Manage and coordinate work teams, ensuring efficient allocation of human and material resources. \- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations at all project stages. \- Monitor and control the quality of materials used and the execution of services to meet required standards. \- Resolve problems and unforeseen issues arising during construction execution, ensuring work continuity. \- Manage and approve material requisitions, as well as control material flow. \- Prepare and analyze periodic reports on construction progress, including budget, schedule, and quality. \- Manage project finances, including cost control and preparation of financial forecasts. \- Other tasks related to efficient renovation process management. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. \- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. \- Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office; ClickUp; Google Drive; Excel; Slack, etc. \- Organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Valid driver's license. \- Ability to handle stress and tight deadlines. **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's role, skills, and experience \- Company mobile phone and corporate card \- Company van \- Company laptop \- A dynamic and growing work environment. \- Professional development opportunities.
