Under the motto "We provide the right professional!" we are currently recruiting a QUALITY TECHNICIAN (M/F) for a client company in the Maia area. ### **Description** • Define production processes for new products and improve existing processes; • Define and ensure the application of technical quality standards for finished products and processes, establishing an objective framework to validate or reject analyzed parameters; • Plan and establish quality controls and internal audits to be applied in manufacturing operations, organizing human and material resources to exceed previously defined standards; • Maintain, promote and ensure certifications, approvals, quality marks and company registrations in order to achieve and benefit Abrasivos' strategic interests; • Facilitate and encourage external audits to achieve various customer-required certifications ensuring business continuity; • Analyze customer complaints regarding quality, proposing, if necessary, corrective actions to minimize detected error rates; • Supervise the application of established quality criteria, advising and training operators. ### **Requirements** • Minimum 12th year of education; • Minimum 2 years of industrial experience; • Fluency in English; • Good interpersonal skills; • High sense of responsibility and work ethics; • Teamwork ability; ### **Offer** • Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; • Direct contract with the Client company; • Integration into a stable company with long-term prospects.
