**Ecodrive Area Manager** ***FUNCTION*** *Coordinate the EcoDrive area, promoting efficiency and sustainability through driver training and technological resource management to reduce environmental impacts and operational costs in transportation activities;* **Main responsibilities:** o Monitor driver performance indicators (fuel consumption, emissions, efficient driving, driving and rest times); o Conduct training and awareness sessions for drivers and managers; o Review telematics reports and fleet management systems; o Support management in defining energy efficiency policies and operational cost reduction strategies; o Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards. **We are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or related field; * Experience in the transportation sector and/or fields related to efficient driving; * Knowledge of telematics systems and data analysis tools (e.g.: Fleetboard, Stratio, Drivian…); * Trainer certification \- CCP (an asset); * Class C/CE driver's license (an asset); * Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish (an asset); * Strong computer skills (advanced Excel); * Knowledge of social regulations; * Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills; * Commitment to the company and sense of responsibility; * Results-oriented with environmental sustainability focus. **We offer:** Integration into a leading and growing company; Opportunity to lead a sustainable innovation project; Continuous training and potential for career progression; Competitive salary based on demonstrated experience and achieved results; Indefinite employment contract.
