Warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and sort orders destined for stores across the country. This process occurs quickly, safely, and with the support of advanced technology. We operate warehouses in Azambuja, Vila Nova da Rainha, Maia, Guia, and Madeira. **Know Your Key Challenges:** **Operational Coordination Support:** You will collaborate with management to ensure the team’s operations run efficiently and effectively, supporting the implementation of senior directives. **Logistics Operations Control:** You will be responsible for monitoring frontline operators’ activities, ensuring all follow established standards and procedures. Your role is essential to maintaining quality and efficiency. **Equipment Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:** You will be responsible for safeguarding the equipment used by the team. Additionally, you will participate in daily Kaizen initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement of operational processes. **Team Monitoring and Motivation:** You will guide employees through hands-on training, answering questions and motivating them to deliver their best.
