Linde Portugal, LDA **Quality Control Lead Tech (m/f/d)** Alenquer, Portugal \| req25483 **What you will enjoy doing** * You will coordinate acetylene production and filling, as well as general stock maintenance of products and raw materials * You will be responsible, according to targets set by your supervisor, for achieved results, production optimization and filling processes to achieve maximum efficiency, particularly through yield improvements, and you will propose necessary investments in the plant to your supervisor * You will collaborate in the execution of maintenance plans, being responsible for their follow-up, control and justification of observed deviations; you will also be responsible for immediate internal communication of any unexpected events or non-conformities * In coordination with your supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with all SHEQ procedures related to Safety and Environment, both internally established and as specified by current legislation, ensuring compliance with Safety, Environment and Quality requirements * You will ensure the proper functioning of all EMMs at the production site: calibration, preventive maintenance, work procedures, management and control of calibration standards * You will be responsible for product analysis according to its specifications and for approving it * You will be responsible for Quality and Environmental documentation, resolution of non-conformities arising from audits, reporting to the SHEQ department, and staff training in both Quality and Safety * You will perform technical analysis of complaints and define corrective and preventive actions * You will participate in corporate projects and in optimizing and coordinating production tasks * You will actively participate in digitization and automation initiatives, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation. **What we appreciate in you** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * You have experience in a similar position within a multinational company, preferably in the chemical industry * You are familiar with quality, safety, food safety and GMP standards * You have solid computer skills, including SAP system knowledge * You speak fluent English and/or Spanish * You are able to effectively collect, interpret and use data, driving digital transformation * You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project **Why you will value working with us** At Linde, we identify with our products—both in the technical and medical aspects of the gas industry.
