Your leadership will empower the team to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders in the payment’s domain. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the technical design and architecture of an innovative payment solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. * Collaborate closely with the architects, the product owner and all the stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable guidelines and tasks for the development team. * Oversee the development process, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. * Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team by promoting the use of modern technologies and development methodologies. * Ensure that measures are being put in place by the technical/development team so code quality, performance, and maintainability objectives are met. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the development process and in production environments. * Collaborate with other Tech Leads and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment across teams and share best practices within the organization. * Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on our projects and overall strategy. **Qualifications** **Main Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
