Operational and Backoffice Management of Credit Processes **Account Representative Junior** --------------------------------- The **ComparaJá.pt** platform is a free, independent financial product and essential services comparison platform, operating as a Credit Intermediary certified by the Banco de Portugal. We combine technology and specialized consulting to simplify decision-making for families in Portugal. We are expanding our partnership team. We seek an **Account Representative Junior** with a hybrid profile: strong commercial ability to acquire and activate new partnerships, combined with the operational rigor required for documentation management and process monitoring. **Your Responsibilities** * **Business Development:** Identify, prospect, and acquire new real estate sector partners (agencies and consultants). * **Portfolio Creation and Management:** Support and activate the current partner network through regular contact and training on our financing solutions. * **Operational and Backoffice Management:** Analyze and organize credit process documentation, ensuring compliance and processing speed. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track processes from initiation to completion, ensuring KPI adherence and high conversion rates. **The Profile We Seek** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, account management, or operational/backoffice support roles in the financial/real estate sector (not an eliminatory criterion). * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Analytical ability for document validation and rigorous process management. * **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion focus, and negotiation capability. * **Results Orientation:** Proactivity, resilience, and focus on achieving commercial objectives. * **Education:** Minimum 12th grade (a bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related fields is preferred). **What We Offer You** * **Growth:** Direct integration into a rapidly expanding fintech, with a structured career development plan. * **Training:** Continuous training in financial products, consultative selling, and operational analysis. * **Compensation Package:** Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus + Health Insurance and unlimited, free psychological support. * **Location:** Offices in Alvalade, Lisbon (a young and dynamic environment).
