This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic initiatives—including financial transformation projects and integration of new entities into the Group—ensuring alignment across teams, operational efficiency, and quality of financial information. The objective is to guarantee successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and with positive impact on global financial processes. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of a portfolio of financial and transformation projects. * Identification, design, and prioritization of process improvement and automation initiatives. * Impact analysis and dependency management across projects and stakeholders. * Participation in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects, including support in target company evaluation, definition of accounting structures, and monitoring of integration. * Coordination with teams across different geographic locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency of local financial processes. * Ongoing analysis and optimization of existing financial processes. * Development and updating of policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Monitoring implementation of solutions and tracking of results. **Profile** **3] COMPETENCIES** * Experience in project management or transformation environments (PMO, consulting, or equivalent). * SAP knowledge. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory). * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Good organization and effective priority management. * Clear communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. * Adaptability and capacity to work in dynamic, international environments. **4] QUALIFICATIONS** * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field. * Experience: 2–3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, transformation projects, or related project management roles. Experience in M&A projects is valued. Experience in the banking or real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
