Continuous training and career advancement opportunities JOB: Helpdesk \- Lisbon Main Responsibilities: \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ATMs, ensuring proper equipment operation; \* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures on-site; \* Configure and update equipment components and systems; \* Ensure compliance with technical and safety procedures; \* Report and document all interventions performed; \* Provide professional and efficient customer service. Candidate Profile: \* Experience in ATM maintenance (preferred); \* Technical knowledge in electronics and IT (hardware/software); \* Analytical ability to diagnose and resolve problems; \* Sense of responsibility, precision, and commitment to deadlines; \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \* Availability for travel and flexible working hours; \* Immediate availability; \* Driver's license (mandatory).
