You will be an essential pillar in daily operations, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and with care. **Key Responsibilities** * Preventive maintenance of hospitality/restaurant equipment, refrigeration, and combustion systems; * Corrective maintenance: diagnosing and resolving malfunctions of equipment and installations across hospitality equipment, electricity, refrigeration, combustion, HVAC, and extraction systems; * Proactively identifying appropriate solutions for detected anomalies; * Supporting interventions by external suppliers.
