




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Success (CS) professional to actively follow up and support online course students, ensuring engagement and excellence in the learning experience. Job Objective: To provide close, individualized follow-up to online course students, delivering continuous support and effective solutions to ensure plan execution and an excellent experience. Main Responsibilities: - Act as the direct point of contact for students, providing active support. - Manage a portfolio of students, encouraging engagement with the program and keeping each student’s record updated. - Conduct daily one-on-one follow-up meetings with students (approximately 3 meetings per day). - Support students in resolving doubts, ensuring agility and satisfaction. - Encourage student participation in group activities and dynamics.
