High level of proactivity and initiative. **Logistics Support Operator** Full-time **Responsibilities** \- Work closely with the client's Logistics Department; \- Ensure compliant receipts and shipments, managing all related documentation; \- Coordinate receipt and shipment service providers to ensure station operational efficiency; \- Ensure all packaging consumables are available at the station at an appropriate *stock* level and place necessary orders; \- Maintain up-to-date quantities in *stock* records; \- Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and improvements with responsible personnel; \- Inspect the client's facility conditions, report findings to responsible personnel, and provide assistance for any facility maintenance actions as required and approved; \- Maintain and update the warehouse, ensuring its proper operation; \- Ensure separation of usable and non-usable parts; \- Manage destruction, recording, and archiving of SCRAPs; \- Support inventory counts and deviation corrections in cooperation with the warehouse manager; \- Ensure compliance with procedures and payment of customs duties. **Requirements** * English proficiency (spoken and written); * French knowledge is an asset; * Experience in logistics; * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Computer literacy; * Organizational and problem-solving skills; * Teamwork and constructive communication skills; * High level of proactivity and initiative; * Driver's license **Conditions** * Remuneration commensurate with the role performed * Employment contract * Integration into a dynamic team * Continuous training Send your CV and cover letter to: geral@trmk.pt Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
