High sense of responsibility Contract Type Permanent Contract Job Description Main Functions and Responsibilities Collecting and delivering correspondence; Guiding visitors; Answering telephone switchboards; Monitoring access points and assuming responsibility for front desk tasks; Completing resident entry and exit documentation; Assisting residents with luggage transportation to and from rooms, while exercising mandatory and discreet control over packages brought into the facility; Monitoring entries and exits of residents, family members, and visitors; Maintaining the access regime established by management for residents and visitors to various institutional areas; Assuming responsibility for resident transfers both within the institution and to external services such as ambulances, buses, etc. Creating an individual file for each resident upon admission and updating records monthly. Profile 12th grade education. Proficiency in MS Office.
