Summary: As an Entry-Level SAP Support, you will join the Corporate IT - Applications Team at Preh Group, supporting the stability and daily operation of our SAP landscape globally. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with experienced SAP colleagues in an international environment. **ABOUT THE ROLE:** ------------------- As an **Entry‑Level SAP Support**, you will join the Corporate IT \- Applications Team at Preh Group (Trofa), supporting the stability and daily operation of our SAP landscape. In this role, you’ll support SAP users globally across different areas, modules, and functions. You’ll be involved in user support, SAP authorizations, ABAP enhancements, and electronic data interchange (EDI) with our automotive customers and suppliers. You’ll work closely with experienced SAP colleagues, process specialists, and IT teams in an international manufacturing environment, gaining hands‑on experience while building a strong foundation for your SAP career. **THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:** ----------------------------------- * Support SAP users worldwide by analyzing and resolving issues across multiple SAP modules and functions. * Assist with ABAP developments for enhancements, reports, and web services. * Support and maintain EDI integrations, including troubleshooting and coordination with business partners and external providers. * Help design, maintain, and monitor SAP authorization roles, ensuring alignment with audit and segregation‑of‑duties requirements. * Handle support requests and changes via ITSM tools and Solution Manager, following established processes and approvals. * Collaborate with SAP IT, process specialists, and auditors on operational topics and improvements. * Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:** -------------------------------- You’re at the beginning of your SAP journey, curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
