Coordinate strategic technology projects and budget management **Technology Director** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technology Strategy** * Define and implement the company's technology strategy. * Evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities. * **Team Management** * Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * **Systems and Products Development** * Supervise software development, IT infrastructure, and internal systems. * Ensure technological solutions meet business and customer needs. * **Project Management** * Coordinate strategic technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Implement agile practices and quality processes for efficient delivery. * **Security and Compliance** * Ensure information security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. * Implement IT policies, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans. * **Budget and Investment** * Manage technology budget and investments in innovation. * Evaluate ROI of new projects and technologies. * **Stakeholder Engagement** * Communicate technology strategy and outcomes to executive leadership. * Collaborate with business units to prioritize technology initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or related fields; * Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, including at least 5 years in leadership roles; * Experience in software development, infrastructure, cloud, and information security; * In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and project management; * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic vision skills; * Fluency in Portuguese and English; * Ability to make critical decisions in dynamic environments. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strategic leadership and innovation orientation; * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems; * Proactivity, adaptability, and results focus; * Ability to manage multiple priorities and multidisciplinary teams; * Future-oriented vision and capability to align technology with business objectives.
