Location: Braga, PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design, and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques used in the design, development, and preparation of production execution elements for the Casais Group, adhering to the Group's defined quality standards and norms, and acting in accordance with the Group’s ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop 1:20 scale drawings with industrialization rules in REVIT, meeting technical requirements and needs of various departments while complying with current standards and legislation. * Analyze client projects (architectural and specialty designs); ensure project compatibility with industrialized products; identify project incompatibilities. * Verify potential architectural, structural, and specialty incompatibilities at interfaces between project elements. Systematically record incompatibilities using Excel and Revit. * Build and utilize BIM models of project sections (or the entire project) using DOCS. * Prepare and draft project and construction support drawings using REVIT software, in accordance with the project specifications. * Produce supporting documentation for the Construction Management team and procurement team, including drawings (e.g., 1:20 scale, 1:100 scale), quantity take-off maps, and floor-by-floor construction schedules. * Technically detail project drawings using specialized software tools enabling parametric and organic modeling, assembly modeling, finite element analysis, image rendering, technical detailing, and dynamic simulations—utilizing specific software such as Revit/BIM. * Ensure proper organization of documentation produced for all involved projects, through systematic categorization—whether physical or electronic. **Requirements** -------------- * Level 5 or higher — Technical, vocational, or higher education degree in architecture, engineering, or related fields * Modeling/drawing software: Revit and AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel **At the Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning and knowledge development; * Future Vision: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnership Agreements; * Safety culture.
