We bridge cities, industry, and universities around major product and service development and industrialization programs, based in Portugal and operating in high-tech sectors such as mobility, aerospace, and space. This Corporate Technician \| People Generalist (m/f/d) opportunity will be integrated into the People Directorate. **Job Description** We seek a generalist profile to join the People Directorate and collaborate across all areas of Human Resources Management. This role will contribute to internal process efficiency: supporting the employee's full lifecycle—from Recruitment \& Selection through Operational Management, including Training and Payroll Processing—and participating in Organizational Development initiatives. Responsibilities: * Support Operational HR Management and HR Development/Training; * Collaborate in drafting policies, procedures, internal processes, and other documents supporting the People Directorate; * Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor legislation and internal policies. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields; * Experience in similar roles; * Experience in dynamic environments or growing companies; * Knowledge of HR management software (e.g., Smart Recruiters and Primavera); * Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office); * Advanced level of English; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and people orientation; * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity, creativity, and focus on continuous improvement. **Additional Information** * Relaxed work environment with dynamic, multidisciplinary teams. * We facilitate and promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle, harmonizing work with personal life. * Health insurance. * Partnerships with gyms, Nutrium, and others. * Up to three additional vacation days. * Birthday leave day.
