Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? ##### **Responsibilities** As a Team Lead DevOps at TeamViewer, you will be responsible for both technical leadership and people management within the DevOps team. You will help plan, design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, automation, and cloud platforms that support our products and enable reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery on more than 2\.5 bln devices. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, software delivery, cloud operations, and leadership. You will remain hands\-on with DevOps practices while setting direction, improving automation and processes, and fostering a strong team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, security, and continuous improvement. * Guide and grow a high\-performing team of DevOps Engineers through coaching, feedback, capacity planning and career development with the goal to establish a culture of ownership, continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence * Lead the design, implementation, and operation of scalable cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewer products and services by adopting modern cloud\-native technologies, automation practices, and engineering standards * Own and evolve the CI/CD infrastructure and tooling to deliver high\-quality software efficiently and reliably * Manage Kubernetes clusters and container\-based platforms for application deployment and orchestration * Implement and maintain GitOps practices for version\-controlled, declarative infrastructure and application management * Drive automation and standardization across infrastructure provisioning, deployments, configuration, and operational workflows * Define and monitor key operational metrics, proactively driving improvements in reliability, security, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security and Platform teams to improve operational maturity and ensure release processes and infrastructure are secure, automated, and reliable * Leverage AI\-powered solutions to enhance DevOps processes, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and team productivity in a responsible and compliant manner * Inspire the team in adopting modern cloud\-native technologies, automation practices, and engineering standards ##### **Requirements** * A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field * At least 1 year of proven experience in leading and developing DevOps engineering teams, including people management, coaching, performance development, and hiring responsibilities * 4\+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or Software Development roles * Strong hands\-on experience with Microsoft Azure * Experience building and operating Kubernetes\-based platforms and containerized workloads using Docker and related technologies * Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands\-on experience with pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar * Proven experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform and Argo CD * Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management practices using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or equivalent solutions * Strong scripting skills using languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar * Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g. Keycloak, Entra) * Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server * Good knowledge of HTTP protocol and how HTTP\-based microservices work * Knowledge of Java, Go and SQL is not a must, but of an advantage * Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands\-on technical contribution in a fast\-paced SaaS environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Security, and Platform organizations * Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus ##### **What we offer** * **Onsite Onboarding** in our HQ office for an optimal start * **Great compensation and benefits packages** including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews * **Public transport friendly** offices * **Special terms** for local gyms * Access to *Corporate Benefits platform* with many **discounts** * Regular **Team events** and company\-wide celebrations * **Open door policy**, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches * **Hybrid** and **Flexible** work time * **Work From Abroad Program** allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country * We celebrate **diversity** as one of core values, join and drive one of the c\-a\-r\-e initiatives together with us!
